30 Day Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date, provided that:
- The product is unused.
- The original packaging remains unopened and sealed.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or worn. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of all products for our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please email our support team within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, our team will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if your claim is approved.
Shipping Information
At Nova Ridge, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because our products are handcrafted custom made and a a rapidly growing brand, shipping times may vary between 3–15 business days, depending on your location and current order volume.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and are unfortunately outside of our control. While we always strive for timely delivery, occasional carrier delays may occur.
To help ensure the fastest possible resolution to any issues, we kindly ask that you avoid opening order inquiries, payment disputes, or chargebacks while your package is in transit, as doing so can delay processing, complicate shipment tracking, and may impact our ability to assist you efficiently.
